| 摘 要： | 图书馆采编业务外包作为一种降低运作成本、提高劳动效率的有效途径,正在被我国图书馆界所采用,但由于我国外包市场还不健全,也存在一定的问题。本文从业务外包的成因入手,分析了采编业务外包的利弊,并指出了实施业务外包应当注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | The Library Outsourcing of Acquisition and Cataloguing,as an effective way to reduce operating costs and improve Labour efficiency,is being adopted by Libraries in China But China's outsourcing market is not yet perfect,and there are certain problems.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of The Library Outsourcing of Acquisition and Cataloguing starting with the cause of formation of Outsourcing and also points out several issues noted in implementation of Outsourcing. |
