Abstract:Brand management becomes more and more important now days. Branding strategies are performed currently in our country. The brand Construction of Starbucks have many characteristics, it deserves many enterprise's study. To give the unique position and transfer it effectively to the employee and the customers, perfect training system and the enterprise can meet all level needs of the crew and customers' material and metal needs.
