| Abstract: | The article discusses the dialectical relation between a teacher's teaching and scientific reseaches in a teachers college. Its teachers should carry out teaching and scientific researches at once and attach equal importance to each. They should possess the spirits, attitudes and methods of scientific researches. They should not only join the scientific researches all by themselves but also cultivate their students' spirit of scientific researches and their capacity to blaze new trails. Only laying equal stress on both can a teachers college survive and develop well. |
