| 摘 要： | 对第八届CUBA女子八强队攻防技术指标进行统计分析,结果发现,八强队伍在攻防能力上都有不同程度的提高;八强队伍之间进攻能力上的差距比较明显,防守能力上虽有差距,但差异并不显著。建议在战术训练中要注意将技术训练与战术打法紧密结合,在战术配合的具体环节中队员的技术运用要明确、具体,加强对抗性训练,提高战术素养。根据个人的攻防能力,制定灵活多变的攻防战术体系,提升全队的攻防效能。 从当代体育价值观的转变透视新时期体育功能
