| Abstract: | Institutions of higher leauning should make an all-out endeavor to conduct ideological and political education, guard against the infiltration of ethnic separationist sentiments, promote cadres' and teachers' ideological and political progress, ensure the implementation of the Party's policy for education, and deepen an education in current affairs , common knowledge about law , citizen' s ethics , national unity and standards of social conduct. |
