| 摘 要： | 文章从英语学科角度简要论述并分析了大学教师教书育人的基本观点及相应措施 :正确认识教师职业道德要求是教书育人的重要前提 ;努力上好每一节课是教书育人的基本条件 ;课堂上有机穿插思想教育“片断”是教书育人的有效形式 ;抓两头 ,促中间是教书育人的重要方法 ;课余时间与学生谈心是教书育人的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The article briefly discusses and analy ses the basic view and measures for university teachers in imparting knoweledge and educating people from the angle of English teaching.It is the important premise and basic condition to have a correct understanding the teachers' professional ethics and try our best to give a lecture well.An effective way to do the job well is to spice with some fragments of ideological educaiton.It is the important way to grasp the two ends to bring along the middle ,and have a heart to heart talk with the students in imparting knowledge. |
