加强和改进高校学生党建工作的几点思考

随着高等教育事业的发展，高校的学生党建工作越来越显得重要，但在实际工作中也暴露出一些问题。高校学生党支部必须加强与中学及用人单位党组织的联系，加强对入党积极分子的思想政治教育，使他们端正入党动机。在发展学生党员过程中，解放思想，实事求是，严格把握入党的标准，处理好质量与数量的关系，以此确保党支部的战斗堡垒作用。
