| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查的研究方法,对秦巴地区63所高中4012名在校学生进行了体育与健康基础知识六个方面的调查,结果表明:由于学校领导对体育与健康教育课的重视程度不够、承担《体育与健康》教育课的教师自身能力有限等原因的影响,学生掌握较好的是卫生知识,其次是运动常识,而营养知识、运动损伤预防知识尤为欠缺,为此笔者提出了五点切实可行的建议.

| Abstract: | With the method of questionnaire survey,4012 students' six aspects of basic knowledge of P.E.and health are investigated in 63 middle schools in Qinba area.The results indicate that because the school leaders do not attach enough importance to the course of P.E.and health and teachers' ability is limited, students grasp the elementary knowledge of hygiene and sanitation better and the second is the elementary knowledge of athletic sports.However,they lack the elementary knowledge of nutrition and sports medicine.Therefore,five practicable suggestions are put forward. |
