A responsible teacher should educate students with love and guide them with fine character. Constructing responsible classroom needs to stress the appropriateness of teaching content, games of teaching activity, and effectiveness of teaching assessment. The cultivating of responsible students needs to guide them into healthy responsible awareness, strong ability of mental adjustment, and the idea of collectivism.
