摘    要:学校的精致化德育是追求卓越、精雕细刻的管理,是教育者本着"以促进学生的终身发展"的原则,给学生时间,抓住教育机会,充分利用课程资源,保持"慢慢来"的心态,使"精细化"成为内在的一种品行,从而达到精致化管理的目的,收到良好的教育教学效果。

Abstract:Delicate moral education in school refers to excellent and delicate administration, educators adhering to the principle of promoting students' lifelong development, offering them enough time, taking the educational chances, making full use of curriculum resources, and keeping the mentality of slow progress, so that delicacy could become an internal quality for the purpose of delicate administration and a satisfactory result of instruction and education.
