| 摘 要： | 通过对黄冈市中年人群健康状况的问卷调查，得出结论：黄冈市区中年人群健康状况令人担忧，患病种类大多集中在消化系统和心血管系统，不良生活习惯较多，体育锻炼意识淡薄，缺乏全民健身氛围。
