摘    要:在人生旅途中,遭遇挫折不可避免。挫折具有利和弊两重性。受挫后人们都会无意有意地采取一些相应的措施来减轻焦虑。思想政治教育工作者要怀有培育国家建设者的历史责任感,科学运用挫折理论,真诚帮助大学生消除受挫后负面心理影响,塑造其完美人格。

Abstract:It is inevitable to encounter frustrations in the journey of life. Frustration is two-folded, which has the characteristics of both advantage and disadvantage. Frustrated people will adopt some correspondent measures to alleviate anxieties. The educators working in the field of ideology and thought should have the sense of social responsibility to cultivate the national constructors for our country, scientifically apply to the frustration theory to help conscientiously the frustrated college students eliminate the negative mental impact, and build their perfect personality.
