| 摘 要： | 培养学生的创新能力,是数学学习的一个重要目标。笔者从创设民主、平等的课堂氛围,设计符合学生认知结构的教学过程,实施精妙绝伦的教学过程,采取适时有效的考核方式四个不同的角度对这一问题进行了阐述,并获得了一些有益的启示。

| Abstract: | It' s one of the most important aims to foster the students' innovaton capability in mathematics teaching. The present paper expounds this problem from the following points of view as setting up a kind of class atmosphere with democracy and equality, designing the teachin process and adopting timely and effective out precise teaching process and adopting timely and effective assessment methods. Besides this, the paper also presents us some useful enlightenment. |
