| 摘 要： | 20世纪最为成功的金融创新工具之一的股票期权在上世纪末引入我国，考察我国部分已进行股票期权试点的企业和公司的实施状况，可以得知股票期权在我国应用的几个主要特点，即动机明确、主体明确和环境不适宜、效果不明显。这要求我们在股票期权的应用中要继续发挥优势，降低不利因素的影响。

| Abstract: | Stock option, one of the most successful financial innovations in the 20 th centuries, was brought into our country at the end of last century. On investigating the enterprises and companies tried stock option in our country, We can get some characteristics of stock option applied in our country. These characteristics are: motive is clear, the corpus is definite, the environment is not well, and the result is not evident. So we should continuously develop the advantage, and lower the degree of the disadvantageous factor's function in the stock option applies. |
