| 摘 要： | 抓好学科体系创新，主要是如何使学科建设与提高教师的创新素质结合起来。本文讨论了如何结合学校实际，进行学科建设，来提高教师的科研创新素质；进行学科梯队建设，来增强教师的科研实力；进行跨学科合作，来拓展教师的科研方向。科技创新，重在转化；最后促使教师的素质得到提高。

How to combine university's practice and subject construction for enhancing creative idea quality of teachers in scientific researches, to make a construction of discipline echelon for increasing scientific research strength of teacher and to do construction different disciplines for developing scientific research direction of teacher are discuss. |
