| 摘 要： | 人民公社时期的农民个人收入分配制度,是我国在探索社会主义过程中的一项重要制度安排。从总体上讲,它是不成功的。分析其产生的原因,归纳其失败的教训,对于解决当前的“三农”问题,具有一定的现实意义。
