摘    要:从冠脉血流、抗氧化防御系统、内源性保护因子、细胞凋亡等方面综述了运动预处理的一些可能的机制,以期推进运动预处理的研究。

Abstract:Exercise preconditioning was phenomena that relative ischemia or hypoxia occurred in exercise induced heart against isehemia/reperfusion injury. In recent years,some studies have been done to probe into the mechanism of exercise preconditioning. This paper reviewed some possible mechanisms from coronary flow, antioxidants, endogenic protection factors and apoptosis in order to promote the research of exercise preconditioning.
