| 摘 要： | 中学生在学习上的差异,主要表现在两个方面:一是智力因素上的个别差异,二是非智力因素上的个别差异。要很好地解决这一问题,就必须对他们实施因材施教,分层教学,为每个学生搭建能彰显个性、发展共性、共获成功的适宜的教育平台。
