| 摘 要： | 本文认为美国高校教师发展(Faculty Development,FD)兴起于20世纪70年代,并在此后进入了蓬勃发展的时期.论文通过介绍和分析美国高校内部建立起来的教师发展组织的主要模式及运行机制,指出教师发展组织在促进美国高校教师专业发展方面发挥了重要作用.
