| 摘 要： | 自“二战”以来，当代资本主义在资本运动、经济运行、收入分配和阶级结构筑等方面都发生了巨大的变化，呈现出新的特点；尽管如此，马克思关于资本主义本质理论也并未被否定，资本主义的本质也并没有发生根本性的变化，资本主义必然被社会主义所取代的历史命运依然不会改变。

| Abstract: | Although great changes and new characteristics have taken place in capital movement,economic motion,income distribution,and class structure,since the Second World War,Marxist theories on the essence of capitalism have not only been denied,but the essence of capitalism also has not changed radically.Therefore,the fate that the capitalism must be replaced by the socialism would not alter for ever. |
