摘    要:当今文秘人才市场出现供需严重脱节的现象.如何在买方市场上解决供求双方的矛盾,关系到高校文秘专业的生死存亡.一个有效的方法是进行市场细分,根据市场需求、未来发展趋势和各高校自身的资源优势,选择重点服务的目标市场,有针对性地培养符合目标市场需求的文秘人才.

Abstract:The supply is in conflict with the demand in secretarial human resource market nowadays.The solution to such problem is closely related with the development of secretary specialty in university.One of the effective ways is to apply the market segmentation theory to analyze the demand and the trend of secretarial human resource,decide the main object market,and then cultivate secretarial human resource in accordance with the market demand,on the basis of the university's resources and advantages.
