分子印迹技术的应用研究进展

摘    要:文章综述了分子印迹技术在药物及对映异构混合物的手性拆分,分子印迹聚合物作为色谱固定相用于分离和对药物以及环境有害物质的检测的研究进展.同时还介绍了分子印迹聚合物作为各种化学传感器的敏感元件,作为酶模拟催化剂的研究的现状.

Abstract:Molecular impringting technique is a borderline subject developed from combining polymer chemistry and biochemistry. In this paper, it reviews that the molecular imprinting polymer is used in separating chiral drugs and other compounds, used as solid phase extracting agents in chromatographic analysis and as sensitive material in preparing chemical sensors to determine drug analysis clinically, harmful survival substance examination such as agricultural chemical in soil and food etc. Moreover, the progress of study on molecular imprinting polymer acting as imitate enzyme catalysis is also introduced.
