职校生心理健康教育模式的构想及构建原则

摘    要:在探索职校生心理健康教育的有效途径方面,我们的做法是通过以学生为主体,学校为主导的六环节操作模式--角色认同、角色目标、角色体验、角色调整、人格初步、角色转换,引导学生在知识学习、技能操练的过程中,逐步形成健康的心理,从而坦然直面社会挑战,勇于担起社会责任.

Abstract:In exploring the effective way of achieving psychological heath for students of vocational colleges, the operating mode is that students are treated as the main body and school as the leading force. It consists of six procedures- character identification, character target, character test, character adjustment, initial personality and character change. It aims at helping the students to gradually form the healthy psychology in their pursuit of knowledge and their technical operation so as to bravely face challenges from the society and vigorously undertake social responsibly.
