摘    要:在回顾中小学教师职业枯竭的概念及其特征的基础上,从社会、组织、个人因素三个方面分析中小学新课程改革背景下教师职业枯竭现象的成因,提出了职业枯竭的对策。

Abstract:Based on some well-known conception and characteristics of occupational exhaustion of primary school and secondary school teachers,this article analyzes the reason in teachers occupational exhaustion on the background of new curriculum reform from three aspects:community,school and individual.The paper then presents some countermeasures to the exhaustion.
