| Abstract: | Based on some well-known conception and characteristics of occupational exhaustion of primary school and secondary school teachers,this article analyzes the reason in teachers occupational exhaustion on the background of new curriculum reform from three aspects:community,school and individual.The paper then presents some countermeasures to the exhaustion. |
