| 摘 要： | 教师是一个特殊的群体。这一群体在历史发展中长期积淀下来的价值——规范系统,便形成教师文化。教师文化是一种特殊的文化。它既是社会文化的体现,又是社会文化的选择者和创造者。在现代社会,随着科技、文化、社会的快速发展,使教师文化呈现出一些新的基本特征。

It not only reflects the society culture, but also chooses and creats it, In modern society, many new characters of teacher culture have appeared with the development of science culture and society. |
