| 摘 要： | 后现代整体观是一种建立于分形、混沌、超循环等后现代系统科学理论之上,并以广义超元论为其方法论根据的整合型整体观。将后现代整体观运用到企业执行力领域,我们不难得出如下结论:提升执行力必须注重整体战略最优,"关键路线"最优,重要部门最优以及执行细节最优,最终实现管理的整体最优。

| Abstract: | Post-modern integral conception was established on the basis of the post-modern systematical and scientific theory of Fraction, Chaos, Pansystem and Holography, etc, and its methodology is generalized by Transcendence Theory. By applying Post-modern Integral Conception into the execution of enterprises, we can easily draw the following conclusion. To improve the execution, we should devote substantial attention to the integrated strategy, key course, key department of the enterprise, detailed executive work, and realize the management integral effectiveness as a whole. |
