紫茎泽兰浸提液对针叶植物种子萌发的化感作用研究

摘    要:采用在常温下浸泡48h的紫茎泽兰根、茎、叶、花各部位水浸提液,配制成两种不同的浓度,用于喷洒云南松(Pinus yunnanensis Franch.)种子、华山松(Pinus armandii Franch.)种子和滇油杉(Keteleeria evelyniana)种子,用自来水作对照,观察种子萌发率.结果表明,紫茎泽兰各部位水浸提液对云南松种子、华山松种子的萌发具有一定的促进作用,但各部位促进作用各不相同,对滇油杉种子萌发则具有抑制作用,抑制程度随浓度的增加而增强.表明紫茎泽兰的入侵对针叶植物的自然更新能够产生较大影响.

Abstract:48-hour-water-extracted solutions at a natural temperature respectively from the root,stem,leave and flower of Eupatorium Adenophorum Spreng were sprayed on three coniferous seeds to see their allelopathy on the sprouting.The experiment was conducted with two different concentrations of each informant solution,and tap water as the contrasting solution.The result showed that the water-extracted solutions had a positive effect on Pinus yunnanensis Franch and Pinus armandii Franch,but a negative one on Keteleeria evelyniana Mast.It was also observed that the effects varied from one another,and that the denser the solutions were,the stronger the negative effect was.These findings will help to understand the invasion of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng on the renewal of conifer trees.
