中国饭店风险管理研究进展

通过对中国饭店风险管理文献的梳理,提出目前中国饭店风险管理研究集中于财务风险、产权式酒店风险和投资并购风险三大方面。研究者普遍认为产权式酒店存在较大法律风险以及变现风险,同时对法律风险具体规避措施和投资者门槛以及收益高低提出不同的建议;认为经济型酒店面临成本风险、品牌风险,饭店并购则面临价格风险、筹资风险等,提出饭店还应建立财务预警体系来规避财务风险。中国饭店风险管理研究呈现出"一新一旧",以定性研究为主,局限于风险识别和风险规避阶段等特点。

A Literature Review of Risk Management of China Hotels

This paper reviews the researches on hotel risk management and discovers that researchers agree on law risk and liquidation risk but disagree on the measures of law risk,investors＇ threshold and the revenue of property hotel. The economic hotels are at the risk of cost and brand while hotel merge at the risk of price and fund-raising. Financial early warning system should be built to avoid financial risk. Quite a lot of papers use qualitative research instead of quantity research and limit their research in risk identification and aversion.
