| 摘 要： | 生态文明是一种新型文明形态,体现了人类文明的发展方向。党的十八大实现了对"生态文明"理论的一次重大创新。建设"美丽中国"是生态文明理念的升华;强调"突出地位"是生态文明建设的要求;推进"三大发展"是生态文明建设的出路;构建"三大格局"是建设生态文明的体现;增强"三大意识"是生态文明建设的必然;加强制度建设是生态文明建设的保障,这必将在建设中国特色社会主义的进程中产生重大影响。

| Abstract: | Ecological civilization is a new type of civilization form and reflects the human civilization development di- rection. The 18th National Congress of CPC implements a major innovation to the theory of ＂ecological civilization＂. The construction of ＂beautiful China＂ is the sublimation of ecological civilization concept; Emphasizing the ＂promi- nent position＂ is the requirement of ecological civilization construction ; Promoting the ＂developmen of three＂ is a way out for the construction of ecological civilization; Constructing the ＂pattern of three＂ is the embodiment of the con- struction of ecological civilization; Strengthening the ＂consciousness og three ＂ is the necessity of construction of eco- logical civilization; To strengthen the system construction is the guarantee of construction of ecological civilization, which will have a significant impact in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
