| 摘 要： | 近年来,票据纠纷案件大幅上升,而其中尤以因丧失银行承兑汇票所引发的纠纷为甚。由于对《票据法》的生疏,法院的判决标准与尺度出现偏差,对此进行归纳、总结和分析,希望能促进票据纠纷案件的圆满解决。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the number of cases of bill dispute has risen sharply, among which the cases caused by loss of bank acceptance bill constitute a high proportion. Because of the disacquaintance to ＂The Law of Bill＂ , the standard and the scale of the court judgment have deviation, which are summaried and analyzed, hoping to promote the bill disputes＇settlements satisfactorily. |
