青菜中二甲戊灵的残留分析方法

摘    要:采用乙腈提取,固相基质分散净化,气相色谱电子捕获检测器检测,研究了青菜中二甲戊灵的残留分析方法.结果表明,该方法回收率97.8%~104.2%,变异系数在6.2%~8.8%,青菜中二甲戊灵最低检测浓度为0.037 mg/kg.

Abstract:The method was established for determining pendimethalin residue in pakchoi.Residue was extracted with acetonitrile,followed by cleanup with solid phase dispersion and by GC with ECD detection.The results showed that the recovery with this method ranged from 97.8 to 104.2%,the coefficient of variation ranged from 6.2 to 8.8%,and the lowest detectable concentrations in pakchoi was 0.037 mg/kg.
