| 摘 要： | 对我国科技研发项目的特点进行了分析，对关键链方法在此类项目进度管理中的优势展开了讨论，通过建立科技研发项目关键链管理模型，将关键链的方法应用到科技研发项目进度管理中，最后进行案例研究，对这种方法的应用进行了具体说明。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of Technical R&D Project in our country is analyzed,the advantages of Critical Chain method in the project progress management is discussed.The Critical Chain method is applied to the progress of Technical R&D project management through the establishment of Critical chain management model.Finally,a case study is presented to specify the application of this method. |
