谈对三极管特性曲线饱和区的教学

近年来出版的不同版本的教材，对于三极管输出特性曲线饱和区的图示和叙述方法往往有所不同。尽管在工程应用中，对熟知晶体管特性的人员无大影响，但是在给学生讲授时容易引起误解和争议，给教学带来一定的困难。准确、通俗地传递关于三极管输出特性曲线的科学含义，方便教学，是本文的初衷。

On the Teaching of Triode Transistor Characteristic Curve's Saturated Area

The teaching materials of different edition published in recent years, usually have the dissimilarity in the characteristic curve diagram of the saturated area to show and describe the method for the triode transistor. Though in engineering apply, there is little influence towards the personnel being familiar with the transistor characteristic, but it is easy to cause the misunderstanding and controversy when teaching students and bring difficulty to the teaching. Accurately express the scientific meaning of the saturated area of the triode transistor characteristic curve in teaching is the original purpose of this paper.
