| 摘 要： | 师德建设在高校远程开放教育中尤为重要。作为“没有围墙大学”这一固有的特殊教育体制的高等院校,师德建设更是职业道德建设的重要组成部分。加强远程开放教育师德建设,必须建立师德培训机制、先进激励机制、示范交流机制、督促监管机制、品行评价机制和岗位竞争机制,通过一些必要的措施把师德建设提高到新的水平。
