| Abstract: | Shifting shot put is an important part in P.E.teaching and training.Misunderstanding its technique principles results in an unideal technique effects in practice.Based on the general principles in kinematics and physiology,this paper presents my opinion of shifting shot put technique principles in expectation of some revelations provided for teaching and training. |
