城市化进程中的农村教育——以昆明市西山区为个案

对昆明市西山区农村教育的研究表明：当前城市化进程中农村教育普遍存在着的基础教育先天不足与后天缺失；职业教育规模太小，远不能满足城市化进程的对实用性人才的需求；以及成人社区教育刚刚起步，距离城市化的要求任重而道远三大现实问题。要重新定位当前的农村教育，并促进农村教育资源配置的优化及效益的提升，使农村教育真正成为推进城市化，构建和谐社会的强大动力。

The Countryside Education in the Process of Urbanization——Based on the Case of Xishan District of Kunming

By making the Xishan district of kunming as the research subject,this essay sums up the universal deficiencies of fundamental education in the countryside.Such as: the scale of the vocational education is too small,hardly to meet the need of the practical talent in the process of urbanization;the adult community education just starts,and need to be redefined to optimize the education resource and promote effectiveness.Making the countryside education promote,improve and accelerate the urbanization and become the powerful force to build the harmonious society.
