| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出：我们党要全面建设小康社会,开创中国特色社会主义新局面,必须坚持“三个代表”,“三个代表”是中国共产党的力量源泉。生产力发展的客观要求是我们党的力量的物质来源;先进的社会化是我们党的力量的精神来源;最广大人民群众是我们党的力量的主体来源。
