Universities' Laboratory Facing the New Century |

| Abstract: | The position of universities laboratory and its effect in qualitycultivation were analyzed. The creation cultivation and quality cultivation were described. This article also introduced how the Institute developes its creative practice and discussed the reform of laboratory management system and scientific administrative method. |
