| 摘 要： | 学习自由是现代大学的核心教育理念,它把学生当成教育的主体,赋予学生自由选择的权利,因此是促进学生全面发展、培养学生创新能力的丰富土壤。学分制管理是实现学习自由的制度保障,文章由此提出应进一步深化学分制改革,实行弹性教学管理,着力体现学习自由理念的精髓。
