| 摘 要： | 女性知识分子是知识分子阶层中的一个特殊群体,其政治地位的提高,关系到党内民主建设的有效性和平等性。新时期扩大女性知识分子政治参与的路径,必须推进政策创新和制度创新,保障女性知识分子政治参与的平等性;完善妇女参政机制,扩大女性知识分子政治参与的有序性;培育先进的政治文化,增强男女平等的社会认同感;增强主体意识,促进女性知识分子政治素质的切实提高。
