| 摘 要： | 商务英语专业人才不仅要有英语语言功底,还要具有相关的商务知识和技能,这就对商务英语师资队伍建设提出了新的挑战。文章针对目前高职商务英语师资建设中存在的双师素质不明显、师资结构不合理、政策制度不完善等问题,提出了加强师资队伍建设的措施,一是开展各种培训,二是拓宽来源渠道,三是健全各项机制。
