应用型高校“双师型”教师培养研究

摘    要:高校双师型教师队伍的建设关系到应用型高校办学质量的提高,决定着应用型高校能否实现可持续发展。培养双师型教师,完善相关政策、制度是前提,增加投入是保障,建立和完善双师型教师培养的激励和保障机制是重点,探索双师型教师培养的有效途径是抓手。

Abstract:The training of teachers with dual qualifications decides teaching quality and sustainable development of applied colleges.To nurture teachers with dual-qualification,perfecting the related policies is a precondition,increasing the investment is a guarantee,seting up and improving the motivation system is a key,and the exploration of effective training mode is a starting point.
