| 摘 要： | 针对网络环境下读者信息服务工作出现的新特点,结合信阳师范学院图书馆的读者服务实践,就实现高校图书馆读者信息服务工作的创新提出要强化服务理念,增强服务意识,加强馆藏资源建设,创新服务内容和手段,加强馆员素质建设,最大限度满足读者的需求。
