| 摘 要： | 终身教育思想的确立要求对教师教育进行全面的审视。从一个教师的成长历程看,教师的职前教育不是全部,只是其成长的起点和基础,相对而言,教师的职后教育比职前教育更为重要。解读终身教育思想,对当前我国教师教育的改革,特别是对教师职后教育的改革发展有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the lifelong education thought requests to carry on comprehensive carefully examining to teacher education.Looked from a teacher's growth course,the teacher pre-service education is not the whole,but only is its growth beginning and the foundation.Correspondingly,teacher in-service education is more important than pre-service education.For the current reform of teacher education in our country,the explanation lifelong education thought has the important directive meaning,especially in the reform development of teacher in-service education. |
