| 摘 要： | 绝大多数"985"高校的文科招生和理科招生均呈现出严重的区域不公,基尼系数超过警戒线的高校数均占"985"高校总数的85%以上。无论文科招生还是理科招生,"985"高校招生均呈现出明显的属地化倾向,均把大多数的招生计划投放在了少数几个省区。总体而言,"985"高校文科招生的区域公平状况更差,各"985"高校文科招生的省区覆盖面远远低于理科招生的省区覆盖面,在最为不公的10所"985"高校中,理科方面综合性大学和理工类大学各占一半,文科方面均为理工类大学。
