On the Reasons and Effects of the US's Adjusted Africa Policy in the New Century

With the development of politics and economy in Africa since the middle 1990s,the international society has increasingly attached importance to Africa.The western countries,especially the US,have adjusted their policies and focused on developing trade relations with Africa but only for the market and resources.This paper analyzes the reasons and effects of the adjustment,which would be beneficial to our Africa policy.
