论证评估与谬误

谬误研究是逻辑学研究的理论难点和前沿课题。历史上曾就谬误的定义和分类形成不同的观点。本文在分析这些观点的基础上指出，结合论证评估进行谬误研究才是建立逻辑谬误理论的正确途径，并初步给出了论证评估的三条基本原则和一种新的谬误分类体系。

The Judgements of Proof and the Fallacies

The study of fallacies is a theoretic difficulty and the leading edge of study of logic.In history,there were many different definitions and categories of fallacies,on which the paper makes some brief commonts.After that,the paper comes to such a conclusion that logical study of fallacies should base on the study of proof.Finally,the writer tries to offer some principles of judgements of proof and a new category of fallacies.
