| 摘 要： | 利用超声心动图研究部队战士在军事训练影响下心功能的变化在国内尚鲜见，在安静时及卧位逐级蹬车负荷中对有两年系统军事训练的老战士和3个月强化训练的新战士，进行超声心动图研究，负荷分别为50W，100W，150W，每级负荷时间为3min。结果发现，系统军事训练对新老战士的心功能均有增强，老战士组EDD在安静时及各级负荷中均高于新战士，而两组的EDS基本呈平台变化，老战士组SV和CO均显性大于新战士组，说明系统军事训练可提高心脏的舒张功能及心脏泵血功能，提高心力储备。

| Abstract: | The performance of heart plays an important role in sports and exercises and at the same time affects the feature and function of the hearts. Our experiments use Echocardiographic examination to study the difference of the heart of some soldiers of armed police. The main conclusion is that the left ventricular internal dimensions of the vet-eran having been trained for two years are superior to thase of the recruit with only three months military discipline. The cardiac output shows distinct difference which is resulted from not heart rate but stroke volume. Military discipline improves the performance of people's armed police soldiers. |
