| 摘 要： | 和谐的师生关系往往是教学质量大厦的基石和粘和剂。从师生双边活动的实践中,探讨女性体育教师的教学特点,集中体现在爱心、耐心、细心。在此基础上力求探索一套行之有效的沟通师生心灵的桥梁-教学中的操作方法,以提高素质教育质量,完善学生人格。

| Abstract: | The roles involved in Teaching are teachers and students, in the old test - oriented education, the relationship between them is something like pouring and receiving. As the Chinese saying goes, "Only believers will be followers." The harmonious relation between teachers and students is foundation and emplastic of teaching quality. This dissertation summaries form pratice the following characteristics of woman teacher : love, patience and carefulness, and tires to offer an effective way for teachers to communicate with students, hence to improve the education quality and perfect the personality of each other. |
