| 摘 要： | “四位一体”新型的育人模式使学校德育工作发生了根本性的变化。探索“四位一体”的德育工作规律、提高德育工作效率已成为当前高职院校亟待解决的现实问题。加强个人修养、研究学生状况、关爱弱者、指导学生就业是德育导师取得工作成效的重要因素。
